Our journey in dinghy sailing began in 1975 when our founder, Nick Gill, himself a keen dinghy sailor, recognised the lack of suitable clothing on the market. This drove him to design and create apparel that offered superior protection, durability, and freedom of movement – the very foundation upon which our technical dinghy sailing range is built today.
For 50 years, we’ve been at the forefront of dinghy sailing apparel, driven by a clear and essential purpose: to provide dinghy sailors with gear that can truly withstand the elements and enhance their performance. From creating the world’s first 2-piece Dinghy Suit in 1989 to the groundbreaking ‘Gill Speedskin’ engineered for the British Sailing Team at the Atlanta Olympics, and now our innovative Zen Series range, we’ve consistently pushed boundaries.

ZenLite
Versatile and flexible, the ZenLite 2.0 System equips you with everything needed for precision performance in warmer temperatures.
Constructed from 1.5 mm super-stretch neoprene, this range boasts a host of technical features engineered to enhance performance, including targeted thermal protection, durable DI-Guard abrasion resistance in key areas, and comfortable flatlock seams. Integrated UPF 50+ protection and silicon grip at the cuffs and ankles further optimise your performance on the water.

ZenTherm
Specifically crafted for warmth in colder conditions, the ZenTherm 2.0 system equips you with the insulation needed to perform during your time on the water. Constructed from 3mm super-stretch neoprene, other key features include a thermally efficient plush lining, durable Di-Guard abrasion resistance, and comfortable glued and blindstitched seams with internal taping.
