Extended Return Policy

Purchases made between 1st November and 24th December 2024 can be returned for refund up to 31st January 2025, providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us, and with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.

Our easy, free, UK returns policy

We want you to be totally happy with your new Gill product so we’ve made it easy to return your item.

Returns are free in the UK, and there are over 2500 DPD locations where you can drop your return off.

You can return any unwanted item within 30 days of delivery of the item for a full refund or replacement providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us, and with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact.

How to return your unsuitable item(s):

  1. Fill in the returns form
  2. Please make sure your order number and contact details are clearly shown, as well as the item(s) you are returning, and the reason you are returning them. If you are exchanging, please indicate which size/item you would like instead. Place this form in your package.
  3. Visit the DPD Returns Portal to start your return
  4. Enter your order number and contact details when prompted.
  5. Print your returns label and attach to the front of your return.
  6. Please use the original packaging where possible, and apply the label to the package.

Once received we will process your return or exchange. Refunds are processed within 14 days, and made to the payment method used to purchase the item.

If you require an urgent replacement, you may wish to place a new order and request a refund for the unsuitable item.

Northern Ireland

The DPD returns service is not available in Northern Ireland. However, you can still return your order to us free of charge using our Royal Mail Freepost address below. Please note that the Royal Mail Freepost service is only available in the UK and is not a next day service.

Exchanges

Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns. We would recommend placing a new order for any exchange items, especially if it is required urgently and returning your unsuitable item for a refund.

Ebay Orders

If you placed your order on Ebay, please request your return through “My Ebay” first. When you have done this you can come straight back to this page and start your return by following the instructions above. Please have your Gill order number handy. This will be on the paperwork you received with your order and starts with your surname, followed by ” UK-10″.

Amazon Orders

If you placed your order on Amazon, please start your return by following the instructions above. Please have your Gill order number handy. This will be on the paperwork you received with your order and starts with your surname, followed by ” UK-10″.

If the item is faulty we will refund any delivery charges you incur. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Europe and International Returns

We want you to be totally happy with your new Gill product so we’ve made it easy to return your item. How to Return Items:

  1. Visit the Returns Portal to start your return.
  2. Enter your order number and email address.
  3. Select a return reason.
  4. Select a return method.
  5. Print your returns label and attach to the front of your return.
  6. Pack your return : Please use the original packaging where possible, and apply the label to the package.
    Alternatively, find a container (a bag or a box) that will fit all of the items you are returning. It is recommended to use a bag to avoid high shipping costs. Make sure the container fits the items as snugly as possible, to avoid excess shipping costs. Also make sure there are no tracking or shipping labels attached to the container. Place all the items you selected to return in their original packaging, including the Returns Note, into the container and seal it.
  7. Send it back : Cut the Return Label and affix it to the outside of the package. If your parcel is collected by a courier company, hand the commercial invoice to the courier. If an account number is required by the courier company to arrange the collection, it can be found on the shipping label. Send the package to the address that appears on the Return Label.
  8. Refund : Once your merchandise is received at the returns facility, it will be reviewed and if approved for refund, we will process your credit within 14 days. Please note that we cannot offer free international returns. However we do offer subsidised rates through our carrier partners.
