"I have owned this hat for a couple of seasons, and am most impressed. Nice light colour, very good chin strap, and great sun protection. I once wore the hat to a cricket match where the wide rim managed to keep me dry from much a Summer shower. I purchased mine in Chandlery, and was surprised to find that the medium size was best for me (adult male). I think I will order another one, but in a different colour (just for the sake of variety)."

"Everything about the hat is perfect, apart from one thing. . . the chin stay is just a bit of cord tied into a knot. So you have a knot on each side of your head. Even with that one down side, its a great hat."
"We ordered two TMSH’s size medium from you and they are great hats but we found one needed to be a large so have sent one medium back to be exchanged for a large which is fine, but being told it could take up to four weeks for the exchange to happen isn’t very good, in fact it’s terrible, not impressed at all , plus the fact I didn’t get my 10% discount I think you really need to get to grips with your processes and procedures .
