Our easy, free, UK returns policy
We want you to be totally happy with your new Gill product so we’ve made it easy to return your item. You can return any unwanted item within 30 days of delivery, providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us, and with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact.
Returns are free in the UK, via Royal Mail, on a tracked service.
With over 130,000 drop off points nationwide, returning your parcel could not be easier.
Easy Returns with SWAP
We’ve partnered with Swap Commerce to make returns and exchanges quick and simple.
Through our returns portal you can choose one of the following options:
- Exchange for another size or colour
- Receive store credit
- Request a refund
How to Return Items:
- Visit the Returns Portal below to start your return.
- Enter your order number and email address.
- Select the items you want to return and the return reason.
- Select if you would like a refund or store credit.
Once submitted, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return label to send your item back.
Please remember to complete your returns form and enclose it with your returned items.
Once received we will process your return or exchange. Refunds are processed within 14 days and made to the payment method used to purchase the item.
If you require an urgent replacement, we recommending selecting the you may wish to place a new order and request a refund for the unsuitable item.

If the item is faulty we will refund any delivery charges you incur. This does not affect your statutory rights.
