The new OS1 Ocean System is our most advanced ocean-going apparel to date, setting a new benchmark in performance, protection, and material innovation for offshore and ocean sailors. Engineered for the most demanding conditions, the OS1 combines rigorous in-house laboratory testing with over 5,000 miles of real-world Arctic sailing validation by Matt and Amy aboard Sailing Yacht Florence.
In a marine-first collaboration with Nikwax, the system features a PFAS-free Durable Water Repellent (DWR) treatment, delivering industry-leading water repellence and protection. The result is an ocean system engineered with precision and proven where it matters most — at sea.

Ocean Proven in the Arctic
To ensure the OS1 System is equipped for the harshest environments, we pushed performance beyond the lab and onto the deck of Sailing Yacht Florence – covering 5,000 miles to the Arctic and back. Matt & Amy tested the OS1 against sub-zero temperatures, punishing wind chill, and weeks of relentless exposure, and the system stood firm against everything the elements threw at it, proving itself where it matters most.

The OS1 is built with our XPLORE+® 3-layer fabric, creating a high-performance barrier that thrives in the deep ocean. This fully windproof and waterproof protective shell features fully taped seams to lock out moisture, ensuring you stay dry and comfortable even when the conditions are at their most gruelling.
A Marine-First Partnership: Nikwax® Protection
In a marine-industry first, we’ve partnered with Nikwax to debut Direct.Dry – a breakthrough, PFAS-free DWR treatment. This factory-applied technology gives the OS1 a relentless 95 – 100 spray rating for industry-leading protection in extreme conditions. Long-lasting and easily renewable, it ensures you stay dry while making a more responsible choice for our oceans.
Designed for Life on Deck
The new OS1 Ocean System balances enhanced safety with ergonomic design. For maximum visibility, the range features 360° photoluminescent prismatic reflectives, including specialized glow-in-the-dark elements on the trousers. To simplify operation in harsh conditions, the system utilises oversized zips, cuffs, and storm guards, alongside a stowable face guard. Additionally, ergonomic patterning reduces fatigue during extended periods on deck.
